Ascend Canada will be holding its 2018 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on Tuesday, June 19, 2018.

The AGM is held each year to elect the board of directors (if required), inform members of any significant changes to the by-law, approve the financial statements for the past year, provide information pertaining to previous or future activities and provide an opportunity for members to ask questions. Several Board Members and Officers, including President Kelvin Tran will be available to answer member questions.

We hope that you will take the time to read this in advance of the meeting as it provides background information that will help you exercise your right to vote. This will ensure key decisions are passed in an effective, timely manner and allow the Ascend Canada management team to continue operating efficiently. We also encourage members to complete the Proxy form (click here) to ensure your vote is counted even if you do not attend in person. It’s easy and quick to complete!
