We are delighted to welcome Rai Sahi, Chairman and CEO of Morguard Corporation, as our featured guest for a fireside chat reflecting on his career journey and his perspective on the real estate market in North America and Asia.

Rai Sahi
Mr. Sahi, FCPA, FCGA, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morguard Corporation, a major Canadian public real estate company. The company's $21 billion real estate portfolio comprises of commercial, residential and hotel properties across North America. Since the housing crisis in 2009, Morguard's stock price has soared over 1000%. Mr. Sahi has extensive experience in public and private corporations involving financial reporting, standards, and policy. He also heads TWC Enterprises, the largest golf club owner and operator in Canada.
